Philip Jacob Miller served as a member of Committee of Observation of Frederick County, Maryland and took the Oath of Fidelity.

He was born abt. 1734 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to Johann Michael Miller and and Susannah Agnes Berchtol and died before August 4, 1799 in Campbell County, Kentucky.

He married Magdalena Rochette abt. 1753 and they had the following children

Patriot biographies are to be written in complete sentences, follow the established rules of grammar, syntax and punctuation, be free of typographical errors, and follow a narrative format.
