Private in Captain Thomas Bacon's (1st Wrentham) company, which marched 30 April 1775, in response to the alarm of 19 April 1775; left place of rendezvous 1 May 1775; service of 2 and three quarters days
Captain Lewis Whiting's company, Colonel Ephraim Wheelock's regiment; return of men dated in camp at Ticonderoga 27 August 1776; age, 28 years
Captain Whiting's company, Colonel Wheelock's regiment; reported discharged 2 October 1776 [service not given]
