Born November 20, 1756 at Pennsylvania. He provided Patriotic Service by paying the 1780 and 1781 Supply Tax at Tulpehocken Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. He married Maria Elizabeth Kramer (1755-1847); children: Andrew b. 1779, Thomas and Catherine b. 1793. He died September 22, 1836 and was buried at Ellerberton Cemetery, Moraine, Montgomery County, Ohio. SAR Ancestor # P- 335737. Has a Tombstone. Cemetery number #-40700.
