Born February 28, 1751. He provided Patriotic Service by paying the 1782 Supply Tax in Huntington Township, York County, Pennsylvania. He married 1) Mary Gribble (1753-1821), 2) Catherine __ (1767-1833); children: John b. 1783, Richard, Joseph b. 1791, Vincent and Mary b. 1796.  He died October 20, 1835 at Darke County, OH and was buried at Greenlawn Cemetery, Versailles, Wayne Twp., Darke County, OH. Cemetery Notes:  The cemetery is located on the south side of N Greenlawn Avenue (Ohio State Route 47) about 0.1 miles east of its intersection with Progress way (Ohio State Route 185).  SAR Ancestor # P-334644.
