Heinrich Haeffner was born 17 February 1722 in Eberstadt, Germany. He was the son of Andreas & Aprolonia (Steinbrenner) Haeffner. Heinrich Haeffner arrived on the ship Patience under Captain Hugh Steel from the Palatinate and Grand Duchy of Wurtemberg, with 270 passengers from Rotterdam to the port of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 3 April 1749. Shortly thereafter he settled in Richmond Township, Philadelphia County (now Berks County), Pennsylvania.
He was married on 28 November 1752 (records Zion’s Moselem Church, Richmond Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania), to Maria Eva Kelchner (born 1730). Maria Eva was the daughter of Matthaus & Maria Catharina Kelchner. Heinrich Haeffner was the father of six children:
John Heinrich.
John Hans Georg.
Eva Catharine.
Anna Elizabeth.
Eva Magdalena.
Catharine.
Heinrich was a farmer in Richmond Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania his entire life.
During the Revolutionary War, Heinrich paid the supply tax in Richmond Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania in the years 1779, 1780, and 1781. The tax was used by the state of Pennsylvania the raising supplies in the war against the British Empire.
Heinrich died after 1784 in Virginville, Berks County, Pennsylvania. He and his wife Maria Eva are both buried at Zion’s Moselem Church Cemetery, Richmond Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

This is the entire purpose of a patriot's biography.
