Author: Lt Col Gary Owen Green

Abraham Bunnell is a son of James Bonnell/Bunnell (1710-1788) and Sarah Broadwell (1715-1791).  He married Jane Jenkins (1745-1819), about 1766 at Scotch Plains, New Jersey.  Susanna Bunnell, daughter of Abraham and Sarah, married James Bishop in 1783 at Scotch Plains, New Jersey, whose Will was probated at Crawford County, Pennsylvania, 17 May 1848.   Susanna and her husband, James resided at Summit Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, and are buried there.
