Author: Jim Kimbrough

Was born about 1750 in Spotsylvania Co, VA and married Susanna Mabry in 1777 at Guilford Co, NC. At some point the family moved to Rowan Co, NC which at the time was the westernmost part of the 13 original colonies. He died before Sept 14, 1815. Records show him as a Private in the NC Troops, and also selling grain to the Army.
