The following biography of Henry Wisner was publiched anonymously at findagrave.com.  I am not the author.

 

Continental Congressman.  Elected as a Delegate to the Continental Congress from New York, he served from 1774 to 1777.  Also served as a Member of the New York State Senate for the Middle District from 1777 to 1782.  He voted for the Declaration of Independence but was called away before the signing.
