Qualifying Service Description:
  1. Brigadier General of Pennsylvania Militia, May 17, 1782
  2. Served as a member of the Supreme Executive Council of the Colony from October 20, 1787 until its abolition by the Constitution of 1790
  3. At the surrender of Ft Washington, Nov 16, 1776, Frederick Watts was in command of the "Flying Camp" of the First Battalion and was captured, but soon after exchanged.
  4. April 1, 1778, he was commissioned as a Justice of the Peace of Cumberland County
  5. In 1779, he was chosed as one of its representatives in the General Assembly. Following this, he was appointed a Sub Lieutenant of Cumberland County, April 18, 1780
