  • Robert Usher was originally buried in a family cemetery which was located in what is now a parking lot on Ft. Campbell Blvd. at the local Lowe's Lumber Company. On 4 Oct 2001; his, and other family member's remains and headstones were removed and placed in Lot 41, Section OC in the Riverside cemetery
  • They are the original tombstones, are upright, and in good condition considering their age

Robert Usher's Will was dated 21 Mar 1821, probated 4 Jul 1836, and recorded in Christian Co., KY Will Book I, page 347. His Will named his son, David Usher as Executor and his GRANDCHILDREN as heirs as follows:
(1) Usher Clemons (2) Betsy Clemons King (3) David Clemons (4) Jeremiah Clemons (5) Robert Clemons (children of Jane Usher & Gershon Clemons) --- (6) Rebecca Usher, dau. of David Usher --- (7) Sally W. Link, dau. of Polly Usher & John Link --- (8) William W. Dannaugh (9) Sally Dannaugh (10) James Dannaugh, children of deceased Ann Usher & Hugh Dannaugh.

Patriot biographies must be the original work of the author, and work submitted must not belong to another person or group, in observance with copyright law. Patriot biographies are to be written in complete sentences, follow the established rules of grammar, syntax and punctuation, be free of typographical errors, and follow a narrative format. The narrative should unfold in a logical manner (e.g. the narrative does not jump from time period to time period) or have repeated digressions, or tell the history of the patriot's line from the patriot ancestor to the author.
