Author: Dr. Michael Bernard Gunn

Naphali Streeter was born June 30, 1762 at Massachusetts. He served as a Private in the New Hampshire Militia. His wife’s name is not known; children: John (1787-1860). He died September 15, 1839, and was buried at Old Gustavus Cemetery, Gustavus, Trumbull County, Ohio. National Number 58619, Volume 79, D.A.R. Lineages. He has a Veterans Administration headstone. His name is on a plaque in the Cemetery with 14 others for Revolutionary War Soldiers buried in Gustavus Township, Trumbull County, Ohio.
