Qualifying Service Description:

Private, Capt Thomas Mighill's (Rowley) co. of Minute-men, which marched on the alarm of April 19, 1775; service, 5 days. Also, Capt Mighill's co., Colonel Samuel Gerrish's regt.; enlisted Apr 24, 1775; service, 3 months, 15 days. Also, Capt Mighill's co., Lt Colonel Loammi Baldwin's (late Colonel Gerrish's) 38th regt., dated Camp at Sewall's Point, Sept. 26, 1775. Also, Corporal, Capt Richard Peabody's co., Colonel Edward Wigglesworth's regt., Ticonderoga, 1776

Patriot biographies are to be written in complete sentences, follow the established rules of grammar, syntax and punctuation, be free of typographical errors, and follow a narrative format. The narrative should unfold in a logical manner (e.g. the narrative does not jump from time period to time period) or have repeated digressions, or tell the history of the patriot's line from the patriot ancestor to the author.
