  • From Mount Gilead, N.C. take Highway 731 east. Turn left on Pekin Road. Church and cemetery will be on the right
  • Moving from the back of the church building, the stone for William Rush is in the last row before crossing the driveway. From the southern end of that row, the stone is the second from the end. There is an original stone, and a modern flat marker. Other members of the Rush family are buried next to him
