William Reynolds was born . He married 2nd Mary Howell. He died 1777 in Annapolis, Anne Arundel Co, MD. His service was as a Furnisher of Supplies including a horse for military in 1776 and loaning his Reynolds Tavern as a meeting place for Patriots.
