Author: Michael B. Gunn
Born in 1751 in Ireland. He served as a 1st Lieutenant in the Pennsylvania Militia in the Flying Camp of the Chester County, Militia under Col. Wm. Montgomery. He married Elizabeth Oliver; children: Elizabeth & Jane. He died on March 5, 1829 and buried at Ridgeview Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Hanover Road, Scio, Harrison Co., OH 43986. Cemetery notes and/or description: The cemetery is located on west side of Hanover Ridge Road (County Road 17) at its intersection with Keyser Road (Township Road 239). The cemetery was established in 1818 and is 2.02 acres in size. The cemetery is maintained by the Archer Township Trustees. The cemetery is located in Archer Township, Harrison County, Ohio.
