Born on April 5, 1747 in Wilmington, Delaware. He Served 1776 and 1778 as Pvt and Ensign in Capt Reed's Company, Col Thomas Strawbridge's and I. Taylor's Regt. Engaged in Brandywine and Germantown. Wife pensioned in 1860. Married 1) __, 2) Rebecca Starbuck (1784-_) in 1818. He Died in 1850 and Buried at Crabapple Church Cemetery, Wheeling Twp., Belmont Co., OH.
