  • Located on Counselman Hill Rd not far from Buffalo Creek. The cemetery is on the border of Brooke Co., WV & Washington Co., PA Counselman Hill Rd is an unimproved road that connects from WV-67 on the West Virginia side of Buffalo Creek. This is a heavily wooded area and exactly where the cemetery is located could not be determined
