Author: Olen Lee Johnson Jr

In Frederick County, VA, 1777, he was drafted for three months service under Col. Marquis Calmes.  Volunteered for service again in 1781 in Virginia.  Participated in the Siege of Yorktown, where he was discharged.  Married Jane M. Williams.  Lived in Frederick County, Virginia, removed to Iredell County, North Carolina, then to Blount County, TN.
