Lot Fuller, Jr., was born 6 May 1760, at Bolton, Connecticut, a son of Lot Fuller and Rachel Webster. At the age of 17 years, he enlisted as a private, 21 July 1777, at Berkshire County, Massachusetts, in Captain Zenas Wheeler's Company of Colonel John Ashley's Berkshire County Regiment. The company marched to Fort Edward, New York and was reported to have received pay at Albany. He was discharged 15 August 1777 after 26 days service. He re-enlisted, 19 September 1777, in Captain Samuel Walcut's company of Colonel John Ashley's Berkshire County Regiment. He served 30 days under Brigadier General John Fellows. The company was ordered out by General Gates to reinforce the Northern Army. He was discharged 18 October 1777 after 30 days service, during which time he was engaged in the Battle of Saratoga. Lot enlisted again 4 June 1778 in Captain Elijah Deming's Company of Colonel Ashley's Regiment. He served 41 days until discharged, 15 July 1778. His final enlistment was 23 October 1780, in Captain Enoch Noble's Company. Lot served 16 days with Captain Noble's Company, during which time he marched to Bennington to guard frontiers on an alarm. His final discharge was 7 November 1780. He served a total of 135 days as a private.
He married Submit Jones, 11 January 1787. She was born 22 January 1763 and died 21 August 1841. Lot last appeared in the 1840 U. S. Census in at Western, Oneida County, New York, and is believed to have died 8 November 1840 at Floyd, New York. He was buried at Clam River Cemetery (present-day West New Boston Cemetery) at Sandisfield, Massachusetts.

Patriot biographies must be the original work of the author, and work submitted must not belong to another person or group, in observance with copyright law. Patriot biographies are to be written in complete sentences, follow the established rules of grammar, syntax and punctuation, be free of typographical errors, and follow a narrative format. The narrative should unfold in a logical manner (e.g. the narrative does not jump from time period to time period) or have repeated digressions, or tell the history of the patriot's line from the patriot ancestor to the author. The thinking here is that this is a patriot biography, not a lineage report or a kinship determination project or other report published in a genealogy journal. The biography should discuss the qualifying service (military, patriotic, civil) of the patriot ancestor, where the service was rendered, whether this was a specific state or Continental service, as well as significant events (as determined by the author) of the patriot's life. This is the entire purpose of a patriot's biography.
