FORD, BARNABAS/BERNARD, (Mahoning County)      [41.05780 -80. 63140]

Born in 1743, a son of John Ford (1721-1781) and Lucy Mack Ford (1720-1781).  He served as a Private from Bedford County, Pennsylvania in 1783.  He married Elizabeth Mitchell; children: Susan b. 1792.  He removed to Ohio from Bedford County, Pennsylvania, about the year 1802.  He died August 11, 1822 and was buried at Mahoning County at Lake Park Cemetery, Section PG, Row 5, Grave 4, 1459 Midlothian Blvd, Youngstown, OH 44507.  MI: "Barnabas Ford, Born 1743. Died 1822."  SAR Ancestor # P-160200.  DAR# A098074.  Has a tombstone.  References:  Published Pennsylvania Archives Series 6, Vol. 3, Pg. 36.
