Patriot William Florence was born about 1715 in Virginia.

He married Lettice (---) before 1734/35, probably in Virginia.

During the Revolution he provided patriot service by furnishing supplies while residing in Culpeper County, Virginia.

He died after 17 Dec 1792 in Wilkes County, Georgia.
