Author: Dr. Michael Bernard Gunn
Born in 1762 or 3 in New Jersey. He served as a private in the Washington County, Pennsylvania Militia, 7th Class under Capt. Abner Howell 1782-84. He married Merilla__; children: . He Died in February 1824 or 5 in Warren County, OH and buried at the Old Baptist section of the Pioneer Cemetery, W. Main Street & West Street, Lebanon, OH 46036. His name is on a black Granite Memorial Monument in the Lebanon Pioneer Cemetery, 551  W Mulberry St., Lebanon, OH  45036.   SAR RC 38674. SAR Patriot Index Edition III (CD: PP2210, Progeny Publ., 2002) plus data to 2004.
