DRAY, EDWARD, (Trumbull County)     [41.32360 -80.72890]

Born November 3, 1741 at County Antrim, Ireland, a son of Edward Dray (1713-1776) and Mary Vail (1719-1795).  He served with Pennsylvania in the Revolutionary War as a private in the 1st class, 6th Company, 5th Battalion of the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Militia.   He married 1) [name unknown], 2) Mary Nancy Agnas (1753-1823); children: James b. 1767, William b. 1771, and Robert b. 1797.  He died April 5, 1828 and was buried at Casterline Cemetery, Cortland, Trumbull County, OH. MI: "In memory of Edward Dray, who departed this life April 5 A. D. 1828, aged 86 yrs 5 mos." GM in good condition.  References:  Roster of Revolutionary War soldiers buried in Ohio. Wilbur R.
