  • Military service is from son Peter Comstock written account of the family history and this is where Patriot Comstock stated his service
  • However, CT Asst Adjt Gen. states they cannot verify that Patriot Comstock served as no rolls except for Field and Staff Officers is known to exist and was not possible to verify that he served in the line
  • SAR RC #59460 cites marriage to Sarah Mirick/Myrick, 12 May 1774
