The cemetery is located in the woods at the intersection of Crofton Fruit Hill Rd. (Hwy. 800 East) and the Firetower Rd. (Hwy. 1914)
Turn left from Hwy. 800 onto Hwy 1914 and look for a trail on the right leading up the hill in the woods
The cemetery is located at the top of the hill in the northeast corner of the woods
It is well maintained and the patriot has an erect and readable tombstone as of Nov 2014

LT in NC Militia. He appeared in Christian Co., KY Court on 3 Sep 1832 and testified that he was elected as a LT in a company under Maj Joseph Wriston and LTC Joseph Wriston in COL Martin Armstrong's Regt.
He was awarded an annual pension of $320 on 26 Jan 1833. His Will dated 12 Jan 1849, probated 7 Jul 1851, and recorded in Christian Co., KY Will Book N, pg. 670 named the following heirs: SONS: John R. - Bolin - Simon B. - William B. - Themuel - Joab Clark; DAUGHTER: Sally Goode; and GRANDCHILDREN: Simon B. - Themuel Clark (children of Bolin Clark).

Patriot biographies are to be written in complete sentences, follow the established rules of grammar, syntax and punctuation, be free of typographical errors, and follow a narrative format. The narrative should unfold in a logical manner (e.g. the narrative does not jump from time period to time period) or have repeated digressions, or tell the history of the patriot's line from the patriot ancestor to the author. The thinking here is that this is a patriot biography, not a lineage report or a kinship determination project or other report published in a genealogy journal. The biography should discuss the qualifying service (military, patriotic, civil) of the patriot ancestor, where the service was rendered, whether this was a specific state or Continental service, as well as significant events (as determined by the author) of the patriot's life. This is the entire purpose of a patriot's biography.
