Qualifying Service Description:
  1. Private in Captain Moses Jewett's company, Colonel John Baker's (3rd) regiment, which marched on the alarm of 19 April 1775, to Medford ; service of 3 days; reported a troop of horse
  2. Captain Thomas Mighill's (1st) company, Colonel Loammi Baldwin's (late Gerrish's) 38th regiment; muster roll dated 1 August 1775; enlisted 23 April 1775; service of 3 months and 17 days; company return dated Sewall's Point, 26 September 1775; order for bounty coat or its equivalent in money dated Sewall's Point, 30 December 1775
  3. Captain Mighill's company, 26th regiment; return of men who agreed to serve for 1 month from the last of December 1775
