  1. Private in Captain Job Cushing's company, Colonel J. Greaton's regiment. Muster roll dated 1 August 1775; enlisted 16 May 1775 with service of 2 months and 21 days
  2. Captain Cushing's company, Colonel Heath's regiment; company return dated Fort No. 2, 5 October 1775
  3. Corporal in Captain Obadiah Beals's company; pay roll for service from 4 to 9 March 1776 with service of 5 days; marched to Dorchester
  4. Private in Captain Beals's company, Colonel Solomon Lovell's regiment, on pay roll for service from 14 to 16 June 1776, 2 days, at Hull

Patriot biographies are to be written in complete sentences, follow the established rules of grammar, syntax and punctuation, be free of typographical errors, and follow a narrative format.
