Author: Rev James Russell Henry

Andrew was a Captain of the South Carolina Militia Partisan Rangers.  He was wounded in the leg at the battle of Musgrove Mill and was present at the battle of Cowpens.  He led a company that included his brother, John.  After the war, he returned to his profession as a blacksmith/farmer and his wife and children at Walnut Grove Plantation in Moore, South Carolina.  He died at age 61 and is buried at Walnut Grove.
