  • This cemetery on a hill above Lowman, Chemung County, New York, is the final resting place of a number of members of the Baldwin Family
  • Also four other revolutionary soldiers, Adam Hunter, Lt. McCauley and two unknown privates are supposed to have been buried here after the Battle of Newton (Elmira)

Will states he was living in Athens/Lycoming/PA at the writing of the will and probate states the same (late of Athens...) Will also states he owned property Elmira/Tioga/NY. Chemung County was not formed till 1836
