George Alexander was born in 1743 in Maryland, the child of Elizabeth. He married Margaret Harris in 1791. They had seven children during their marriage.
Service: 2ND MAJOR, MECKLENBURG MILITIA
He died on September 18, 1814, in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, at the age of 71.
