Qualifying Service Description:
  1. Served as a minuteman in the company of Captain Edward Aiken, commanded by Colonel Moses Robinson.
  2. 1777, he served in the company of Captain David Stowell, commanded by Colonel William Williams – 24 days of service.
  3. 1778, he served as a Sergeant in the company of Captain Samuel Fletcher, commanded by Colonel Moses Robinson.
  4. 1779, he served as a Sergeant in the company of Captain Morrison.
  5. 1780, he served in the company of Captain James Anderson, commanded by Colonel Ebenezer Wood – service of 13 days.

Patriot biographies are to be written in complete sentences, follow the established rules of grammar, syntax and punctuation, be free of typographical errors, and follow a narrative format.
