- Near Victoria, VA - rt. 40 east toward Kenbridge go approx. 2 miles - left on rt. 652 - approx. 1 mile until you come to a small bridge. Do not cross bridge - go on small farm road on right which goes to "Whitehall".
- Vincent Hardy's farm "Breezy Valley" is directly across the Big Hounds Creek and his plantation is called "White Hall' - stands a mile off rt. 652 on Big Hounds Creek in Lunenburg Co., VA The house still stands and the original english boxwoods are now about 25 fee tall and 10 feet wide. The plantation is still in the family - farmed and owned by Phyllis Byrd Atkins.
