- Known as West Alexander Presbyterian Church Cemetery, West Alexander Seceder Church Cemetery.
- The church minutes show that on November 19, 1785, a request was made for supplies from the Three Ridges (West Alexander) church. This seems that the ground for the cemetery (graveyard) was consecrated at the same time as the church was established.
- The first services were held under a large oaktree which afterwards was called "The Preaching Oak".
- The George Washington Chapter placed a cemetery (graveyard) marker listing all the Revolutionary War graves with a QR code that can be scanned for their individual service record
