- There is a large commemorative stone at this cemetery in the memory of the first settlers by grant and deed with their names. There are 17 unmarked graves and 7 graves with names and 9 with just initials. One grave for a slave. The graves were recorded by Margaret Stokes Reid many years ago.
- After several people tried to find this old cemetery without success, Barbara Campbell found it in March 2016 and took lots of pictures. The large commemorative stone fell over face up. A picture was taken.
- In 2016 this cemetery is on private property owned by Marice Barlowe. It cannot be seen from the road.
- Zacks Fork Road - about 5 miles from Lenoir, NC
