    • There are two cemeteries at this location - County Line Cemetery and Meek Cemetery. The old County Line Cemetery which was the burying ground for the County Line Baptist Church which was located approximately 600 feet east, across the creek and at the crossroads of old County Line Rd and the "road to Noeton", which led from nearby Hawkins Co. west to old 25-E [KY Road north and SC, south]. The church was established in 1792 and the building was shared by the Methodists and the Presbyterians. The last burial here occurred around 1910. The oldest inscribed grave marker is John Oliver Bush, died 1814.
